Matt Ash, the principal behind AsH3Konzult, is a highly qualified legal practitioner of some 30 years experience, primarily in both transactions and disputes in the field of energy and infrastructure projects.

 

In keeping with a long-standing family tradition  in engineering, we pride ourselves in the ability to thoroughly understand all the technical aspects of any infrastructure- or energy project, irrespective of technology, to be able to craft bespoke agreements and frameworks that address all key requirements and risks, and that are 'fit-for-purpose'.
